The Pre-Conference program will offer conference participants a unique opportunity to learn about how Oslo includes disabled people/people from disadvantaged situations in work. There will be three parallel sessions going on at three of Oslo’s most spectacular venues: The Oslo City Hall, The National Opera House and Deichman, the main Library of Oslo.
Each session consists of three different events. The sessions will run twice, with identical content. Session 1: 14.00 - 15.00. Session 2: 15.45 - 16.45. Due to this, it is possible to participate in two different events. Please choose one alternative from each session.
Between 15.00 - 15.45, as you are walking to the next venue, you will pass a food truck. Those who register for this option, are free to pick up lunch (food and a beverage) without extra charges. There will be no seating, but a “walk and talk”-lunch. The food truck, called “LøkkyTrøkk” is a mobile leisure initiative for children and youth from the Grünerløkka district in Oslo.
The Pre-Conference is open to people who register to the main conference and the event is included in the Conference Fee. Registration at the Pre-Conference is based on the principle of “First come, first served”, so don’t hesitate to register to this event!
